Report: Spurs one of five PL clubs in talks with agents of potential free signing

Tottenham are among a host of Premier League clubs in talks to sign Paulo Dybala, who is said to be open to leaving Juventus upon the expiry of his contract this summer, according to 90min.

Dybala is approaching the end of his current deal with the Bianconeri and is now courting interest from England ahead of next season.

90min report that all of Tottenham, Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester City and Manchester United are communicating with the 28-year-old’s representatives ahead of a potential free-agent signing.

However, the report adds the clubs are not all convinced that the forward wants a move to the Premier League.

Dybala had been in talks with Juventus regarding an extension worth €8 million before the turn of the year, but a deal broke down with the club unconvinced by his troublesome injury history (90min).

The forward has been one of Juve’s best performers this term, recording 12 goals and six assists in 27 appearances (Transfermarkt).

If Spurs are to land Dybala they are going to have to stump up a pretty good offer to fend off all the interest from the other Premier League sides. As a potential free agent, this could prove to be a huge coup for any side should they secure his signature this summer.
