Tottenham Hotspur are reported to have taken former Manchester United attacking midfielder Dion McGhee on trial.
The 19-year-old spent 13 years in the academy set up at the former Premier League champions and departed earlier this summer after coming to realise he was too far down the pecking order to break into Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s first team (Manchester Evening News).
The youngster has now been showing off his finishing ability and free-kicks in training with RH Elite Coaching:

There has been interest from across Europe in the Oldham-born product with West Ham United, Glasgow Rangers, and AZ Alkmaar all said to be keen.
Vavel have claimed that McGee, who is now a free agent has headed south to the capital to try and earn a contract with Jose Mourinho’s side.
The Portuguese was the United manager when McGee penned his first professional contract (Manchester United official).
Tottenham have already dipped into the transfer market this summer to sign up and coming talent following the acquisition of Alfie Devine from Wigan Athletic, with the 16-year-old having featured during Saturday’s 3-0 pre-season win against Ipswich Town.
