The Sun report that Tottenham are refusing to give up on the prospect of signing Nathan Ferguson from the Baggies.
Spurs are said to have sent their top scout, Brian Carey, to watch the 19-year-old in action on Monday against Preston after chasing the player for two months now.
At the end of this season, Ferguson can leave on a free transfer as his contract comes to an end, but is said to be looking at transfers abroad.
