Report: Spurs set Kane asking price after rejecting £100m offer

According to a report from TuttoMercato Web, Tottenham Hotspur value Harry Kane at around £170m, amidst interest in the striker from Premier League rivals.

Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United have been credited with an interest in Kane, who has made no secret of his desire to compete for the biggest trophies in the game.

However, Football.London’s Alsadair Gold claimed that Tottenham remain determined to hang on to the striker and that it might take a world-record offer to get Daniel Levy to the negotiating table.

TMW have now claimed that the three aforementioned clubs have not given up hope of landing Kane.

The report reveals that Spurs have already rejected an offer of around €115m (£98.25m) for the England captain.

The North London club are said to demanding a whopping €200m( £170.87m) for the sale of their talisman this summer.

It is alleged that Kane would have to force his way out of Spurs this summer if he wants to leave.

Spurs Web Opinion

Kane is too much of a professional to sulk if he does not get a move. However, I fear that England’s loss on Sunday would have only strengthened Kane’s desire to start winning trophies at club level. So, the striker might well push harder for a move than he did before the Euros.
