Report: Spurs set to miss out on ambitious move for AC Milan star

Tottenham are set to miss out on landing AC Milan’s Gianluigi Donnarumma with the 21-year-old looking set to sign a new deal, according to Milan News.

The report suggests Spurs made an approach for the Italian international after Hugo Lloris suffered an elbow injury in October which saw him ruled out of action until the new year.

The Sun claim that London rivals Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the talented shot-stopper, but he is now expected to extend his stay in Milan.

The goalkeeper, who is out of contract next summer is rumoured to be set to sign a two-year contract extension which would see him remain at the San Siro until 2023.

Linking Spurs with Donnarumma is very much out there. He is one of those players which you sign on your FIFA career mode but costs an arm and a leg. He will certainly cost big money if this contract extension is true as Milan already value the youngster highly.
