Report: Spurs should replace Eriksen with one of Juventus’ best players

Tottenham Hotspur may struggle to keep hold of their star playmaker Christian Eriksen this summer, but Daniel Levy must attempt to turn that negative into a positive.

If Eriksen is to leave North London, the club simply have to go big to replace him.

The Great Dane enters the final year of his contract next season, meaning Spurs will either have to convince him to sign a new deal, sell him for decent money this summer, or risk losing him on a free in 2020.

The likeliest scenario at the moment looks to be a sale, with Real Madrid tipped as a possible destination for the midfield man.

However, the Daily Star have now urged Tottenham to go out and make a statement purchase with the Eriksen money.

They say that Spurs should purchase Paulo Dybala from Juventus, as reports suggest he is looking for a move away from Serie A.

As one of the most promising playmakers in the world, this would certainly be a big move to take into their new stadium.
