Report: Spurs source insists that this man has played his last game for the club

Football Insider report that a source well connected to Tottenham has revealed that Juan Foyth is unlikely to play another game for the club.

Multiple reports over the past few weeks have claimed that Foyth is likely to leave Tottenham at the end of the season.

The 22-year-old has failed to kick on from his impressive displays towards the end of last campaign and has hardly been involved in the first-team picture since Mourinho’s arrival.

The Argentina international is said to be interesting the likes of Barcelona (Mirror), Sampdoria (Calcio Mercato), and even Leeds United (Football Insider).

Both the defender himself (TNT) and his agent, Claudio Curti (talkSPORT), have hinted that he may leave the North Londoners this summer if he can’t get more game time.

Football Insider have now spoken to a former Spurs star who remains in contact with senior members of staff at the club. They allegedly revealed that the Argentine isn’t rated by Jose Mourinho and is unlikely to play for Spurs again.

The source is quoted as saying: “He’s played his last game for us, that’s clear to see. Good talent who could go far, but Mourinho doesn’t fancy him.”
