Report: Spurs star linked with big-money Real Madrid move – Not Kane or Son

Todofichajes have claimed that Real Madrid are eyeing a move for Tottenham forward Richarlison next summer.

Spurs signed Richarlison in a deal worth £60m including add-ons from Everton in the summer transfer window but the forward has had a rather unspectacular start to life in North London, having scored twice and picked up three assists in what has been an injury-hit campaign (Transfermarkt).

The forward hit the limelight last week at the World Cup, scoring a brace in Brazil’s tournament opener against Serbia, which included a spectacular overhead kick.

Todofichajes have now suggested on the back of Richarlison’s heroics in Qatar that he is ‘the great objective of Real Madrid’ ahead of next season.

The report explains that Carlo Ancellotti, who worked with the 25-year-old at Goodison Park, wants to reunite with the forward at the Santiago Bernabeu.

It is alleged that Spurs do not rule out selling Richarlison next summer and that the Brazilian would cost between €100m-€120m (£86.2m-£103.5m) – a fee which Los Blancos are thought to be willing to pay.

Spurs Web Opinion

Conte appears to value Richarlison very highly and it is extremely unlikely that Tottenham would be willing to cash in on the forward after just one season.  I suspect this transfer rumour does not have any substance and has only arisen due to the fact that Richarlison is the flavour of the week, owing to his World Cup heroics.
