Report: Spurs target ‘much more interested’ in Tottenham move over Prem rivals

It has been a huge 24 hours in Tottenham Hotspur’s transfer window, as they are now said to have had a bid accepted for Paulo Dybala.

Spurs have apparently lodged a £64.4m bid for the Juventus attacker, a fee which the Italian giants are happy with (Sky Sports).

The Lilywhites have just over a day left to attempt to agree personal terms with the Argentine now, if he is to meet up with his fellow countryman, Mauricio Pochettino.

Spurs will also have to sort of some costly agent fees and a rather strange third-party image rights problem if they are to beat the Thursday 5 pm deadline.

The Independent report that a move to Manchester United already broke down for Dybala this summer, but the Argentine is said to be far more interested in joining Spurs than he ever was the Red Devils.

Dybala has scored 78 goals in 182 games for Juventus, taking his career total up to 116 in 315 matches (Wikipedia).
