Report: Spurs want to sign player Arsenal bid for this week

Gazzetta have reported that Tottenham want to sign Lazio attacker, Joaquin Correa this summer and the Italian club are willing to listen to offers.

Correa is currently playing at the Copa America for Argentina alongside Spurs midfielder, Giovani Lo Celso. However, Tottenham, Arsenal and West Ham are all said to be keeping a keen eye on the forward.

Lazio would reportedly demand around £34m for the striker and any final decision on whether he is to be sold would come down to current manager Maurizio Sarri.

Tottenham’s reported interest comes just days after Arsenal apparently made a bid for Correa amounting to around £17m, just have of the apparent asking price.

Correa managed 11 goals and six assists last season, playing 38 games across all competitions for the Italian club.
