Report: Spurs will only take Dani Ceballos on loan from Real Madrid on one condition

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a number of attacking midfielders this summer, after their current playmaker extraordinaire, Christian Eriksen, revealed his desire to move away from North London for a new challenge (Ekstra Bladet).

One player who has been heavily linked with a move to Spurs this summer is Real Madrid’s Dani Ceballos (Estadio Deportivo), straight off the back of an impressive U21 European Championship winning campaign with Spain.

AS also report that Dani Ceballos is keen to work under Mauricio Pochettino next season.

A loan deal has been tipped as a viable option for all three parties, but Football London have now revealed that Spurs will only accept under one condition.

The North London club want an option-to-buy clause inserted into the loan contract in order to give them the opportunity to trigger a permanent deal if Ceballos does well next season.

However, Ceballos is said to only be open to a loan move as he sees his long-term future at Los Blancos (Onda Cero).
