Report states Tottenham are leading January race for starlet

According to a report by The Mirror, Tottenham are leading the race to sign Genk starlet Sander Berge.

The report also says that Spurs could make their move for the youngster as early as January, after failing to purchase any new players in the summer.

Berge is already a relatively seasoned international player, with 12 caps for Norway.

The Mirror rate him at £20m, which isn’t an awful price for a promising youngster in today’s market, but you know Levy will only go for him if he is 100% sure on the kid’s talent.

Apparently interest between Poch/Tottenham and Berge started when he was just 16 years old playing in Norway.

Berge can play in centre mid, and with Mousa Dembele likely leaving at the end of the season, he could find himself with a way into the first team picture.

Poch has already shown a lot of faith in fellow 20-year-old Juan Foyth this season.
