Report: Striker’s agent due for talks with potential new club

Mauricio Pochettino confirmed in a recent press conference that Spurs are looking to make additions to their squad before the end of the month.

However, due to the d size of Tottenham’s squad and their difficulty in fulfilling the homegrown players rule, they will have to offload players before they can add to their squad.

While Mousa Dembele left to join Chinese Super League club Guangzhou R&F earlier in the window, his place in the Champions League squad will be likely taken by defender Juan Foyth.

One of the players who Tottenham are looking to move on this month is Vincent Janssen. Both Pochettino, as well as the Dutchman’s agent, have confirmed that Janssen is looking for a way out of the club.

According to a report in the Evening Standard, Real Betis are keen on taking the 24-year-old striker to La Liga.

The report also claims that Spurs will move for Valencia midfielder Carlos Soler after they successfully offload Janssen to Betis.
