Super computer predicts where Spurs will finish in the Premier League this season

talkSPORT have used a super computer to predict where the 20 Premier League teams will finish in the 2021/22 season.

Tottenham Hotspur are placed seventh in the predicted league, even below North London rivals Arsenal who are sixth. Manchester City are top of the league, followed by Chelsea, Manchester United, and Liverpool.

Finishing seventh would represent no improvement for Spurs as this is exactly where they ended up in the 2020/2021 season under Jose Mourinho.

It would also mean no Champions League football in N17 yet again, with the club starved of a place in European football’s most prestigious club competition it since March 2019.

However, Spurs have been fairly active in this transfer market to try and change their fortunes this summer, having signed goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini, winger Bryan Gil, and centre-back Cristian Romero to date (transfermarkt).

Spurs fans will be hoping that a new crop of players coming in can propel them to a higher finish than seventh and certainly above their bitter North London rivals.
