Report: These three Spurs stars are set to leave in the summer

Tottenham are the only club in Europe’s top five leagues not to have signed a single player in the last two transfer windows.

With the club moving into the new stadium soon, it has been suggested that Spurs are planning a spending spree in the summer.

A report in the Daily Mail claims that Spurs will look to add as many as five new players to the squad in the summer transfer window. However, given the bloated size of the squad already, Spurs will likely need to let several players go first before they can add to their squad.

While the club faces the prospect of losing both Christian Eriksen and Toby Alderweireld after failing to come to an agreement on a contract extension with both players, the report also claims that Spurs will listen to offers for three other first-teamers – Danny Rose, Victor Wanyama and Vincent Janssen.

While Pochettino has confirmed multiple times that Janssen isn’t part of his plans, Rose and Wanyama have had terrible injury troubles over the past couple of seasons, with many doubting if they will once again be able to reach the level that they showed before their injuries.
