Report: Three academy starlets pen first professional contracts at Spurs

Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that three of their academy stars, Kallum Cesay, Kacper Kurylowicz and Rafferty Pedder, have penned their first professional contract with the club.

Cesay had a particularly impressive campaign last time out, with the midfielder making 18 appearances for the Under-18s and also demonstrating his versatility by impressing at right-back. He is now set to move into the Under-23s squad full time from next season.

Goalkeeper Kacper is set to enter his second year in the club’s Under-23s and will be hoping to build on the fine campaign he had last season.

Midfielder Rafferty has worked his way through every age-group level from the Under-17s, being part of the side that won the Euro Youth Cup in St Wendel, Germany, in September 2018.

The 19-year-old made the step up to the Under-23s last season, making nine appearances for Wayne Burnett’s side.

All three players have now committed their future to the club until 2022.
