Romanian publication GSP (as translated by Sport Witness) have shed light on the reasons why Radu Dragusin chose Tottenham Hotspur over Bayern Munich, suggesting that Ange Postecoglou was a factor in the centre-back’s decision.
Dragusin’s agent himself admitted last evening that the Romanian had rejected Bayern’s approach in favour of a switch to North London, explaining that his client had ‘given his word’ to Spurs (Daily Mail).
GSP have now provided three main factors that convinced the Genoa star to lean towards Tottenham.

They reveal that Dragusin had always dreamed of playing in the Premier League, which is why the Lilywhites’ offer was more tempting than the German club’s.

The lure of the Premier League as well as the exciting new project underway at Spurs would have likely been the reasons why the 21-year-old could not say no to the North London side.
