Report: Tottenham alerted as Inter Milan now decide to put player up for sale

90 min have revealed that Inter Milan are ready to cash in on Andre Onanna and that the goalkeeper’s availability has alerted Tottenham Hotspur.

Onana arrived at Inter on a free transfer last summer and after initially playing second fiddle to Samir Handanovic, the goalkeeper established himself as the club’s undisputed number one.

The publication explains that the Nerazzurri have to raise around £50m in player sales to balance their books and were initially hoping to sell Milan Skriniar.

However, with the Slovak agreeing to join Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer in June, it is suggested that the Serie A club could now decide to offload Onana.

The report states that Conte is an admirer of the Cameroonian and Tottenham showed interest in the goalkeeper when he was at Ajax.

The North Londoners have allegedly been alerted by the 26-year-old’s availability while Manchester United and Chelsea are also said to be monitoring his situation at Inter.

Spurs Web Opinion

Onana would be an excellent replacement for Lloris as the former Ajax man is excellent with the ball at his feet, a decent shot-stopper and is quite commanding during set pieces. He is still quite young for a goalkeeper and could be our number one for the best part of a decade.
