Report: Tottenham are plotting a £41.6m double-raid of Serie A club

According to the print edition of Italian news outlet Tuttosport (20/04/22), Tottenham Hotspur are preparing a £41.6m bid to sign both Gleison Bremer and Wilfried Singo from Torino this summer.

Spurs have been linked with a move for Bremer over recent months, with Tottenham’s managing director of football Fabio Paratici reported to be keen on bringing the central defender to North London (CalcioMercato).

Spurs are thought to be facing competition from AC Milan (Il Giornale 12/01/22 via SportWitness), Inter Milan (Fabrizio Romano) and Liverpool (Goal) for the 25-year-old’s signature.

Tottenham have also allegedly shown interest in Singo, who has thrived at right wing-back this season, with the Lilywhite thought to have sent scouts to Italy to scout the Ivorian (Milan News).

Tuttosport have now claimed Spurs are plotting a double swoop for both Bremer and Singo, with the Premier League side set to launch an offer of £41.6m for the pair.

It is explained that the Lilywhites believe that such an offer would be enough to get a deal done as offering the fee upfront will give an advantage over the other clubs chasing the duo.

Spurs Web Opinion

Torino value just Bremer at €50m (£41m), according to Gazetta dello Sport. So, I do not see how the aforementioned offer would be enough to get both the Brazilian and Singo. Realistically, the value of the pair would be closer to around £55m but there is no doubt that both players would improve us.
