Report: Tottenham considering ‘sizeable price increase’ for season tickets

The Telegraph have reported that Tottenham are giving consideration to a ‘sizeable price increase’ for future season tickets.

Tottenham have not yet announced their pricing structure for the 2023/24 season tickets, after choosing to freeze prices for fans last season.

It is important to note that no announcement of a price increase has been confirmed officially by the club yet, but The Telegraph have reportedly learned of internal considerations.

Spurs already have some of the most expensive season tickets in the Premier League, but are said to be considering a sizeable increase on those fees.

This comes despite just parting ways with yet another manager, and enduring another disappointing trophyless season in North London.

London rivals, Chelsea, attempted to raise prices last year but were forced to backtrack slightly amidst backlash from supporters, which Spurs will surely be aware of.

Spurs Web Opinion:

The unfortunate truth for Daniel Levy is that season ticket announcement time is always the time of year Tottenham are in tatters, having failed to win a trophy or make up significant ground for yet another season. Raising prices now would be a huge PR disaster.
