Report: Tottenham could be set for a manager swap with European giant

Tottenham Hotspur will be determined to hang onto their best players this summer, but perhaps the most important figure at the club in recent years has actually been the manager.

In his five years in charge, Pochettino has taken Spurs from a club on the fringes of Champions League football to the final of the competition.

The Argentine has also achieved this heroic feat without spending a single penny on transfers over the past 15 months.

However, reports emerging yesterday have been linking Pochettino with a move to Serie A giants Juventus (90min), after it was announced current boss Massimiliano Allegri would be leaving at the end of the season.

A report from the Express claims Pochettino is favourite to take over at Juve, while Tottenham have Allegri at the top of their wishlist to replace Poch.

Could we see a unique manager swap in the summer?

Spurs Web Opinion:

Regardless of whether Eriksen, Alderweireld, or any other players leave, I am a firm believer that if Pochettino is at the helm, Spurs will still be moving forward. Levy needs to tie Poch down to as long a contract as possible and give him the funds he needs to take Tottenham to the next level and achieve what he wants to achieve in the game. Fingers crossed the Lilywhites have a Champions League under their belt to throw weight behind their cause in the summer. I have a nasty feeling that if Poch leaves, so will the glue that holds this Spurs side together.
