According to Sky Sport Italia (as relayed by Milan News), Tottenham Hotspur have now entered the race for Ruben Kazan winger Khvicha Kvaratskhelia.
Tottenham have already secured the services of a promising young wide player in Bryan Gil, who arrived from Sevilla earlier this week, with Erik Lamela going the other way as a part of the deal.
The Spaniard comes to North London on the back of an impressive season on loan at Eibar where he won several admirers for his dribbling and delivery.
If Sky Sport Italia’s latest update is to be believed, Fabio Paratici may not be done with strengthening the wide areas, with Spurs now said to be expressing interest in Kvaratskhelia.
The Georgian international scored four goals and provided eight assists in 23 league games for Kazan last season.
The report discusses Milan’s pursuit of Kvaratskhelia, stating that the Serie A giants are finding the operation ‘difficult’ due to the Russian club’s €18m (£15.3m) asking price for the 20-year-old.
It is explained that the Rossoneri now also have competition from Spurs to contend with for the youngster.

With Son, Gil, Moura, and Berwijn, Nuno might believe that he has the wide areas covered. I cannot see us signing another winger unless one of Moura or Bergwijn is sold.
However, having said that Kvaratskhelia might be viewed as one for the future rather than a player who is expected to feature heavily in the first-team next season.
