Tottenham Hotspur have been performing wildly below expectations so far this season, as they currently sit on just 14 points from a possible 36 in the Premier League.
This puts the Lilywhites down in 14th position, about ten places below where they would have been hoping to be right now in the season.
Many had Spurs as nailed on top four candidates this season, if not a side that could push Liverpool and Man City for the Premier League title.
However, Tottenham are now closer to the relegation zone than the top four spots, let alone Liverpool on 34 points at the top of the Premier League tree.
With Spurs having won just three games out of 12 this season in the Premier League, being battered 7-2 by Bayern Munich, and being knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Colchester, Pochettino has been shown the door by Daniel Levy (Spurs official).
Football Fan Cast now claim that Spurs have already made contact with Jose Mourinho as they look for a replacement for the Argentine. However, the Special One is not said to be Daniel Levy’s first choice.
