Report: Tottenham have not ruled out move for PSG midfielder in January

90Min have reported that Tottenham have not ruled out a January move for PSG midfielder, Georginio Wijnaldum.

This comes after reports that the former Liverpool man is not happy in Paris due to his lack of consistent game time under Mauricio Pochettino.

As such, the Dutch midfielder is allegedly keen to seek a loan move away from the Ligue 1 club in January, with Arsenal said to be interested in a potential deal.

However, Spurs could have something to say about that, as 90Min appear to throw the Lilywhites into the ring for Wijnaldum. In fact, a report earlier this year claimed Antonio Conte was ‘crazy’ about signing the midfielder for Inter Milan.

Conte has seemingly settled on a first-choice pairing of Oliver Skipp and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg in midfield, but Spurs have been crying out for creativity and goals at times this season.

Spurs Web Opinion:

I would take Wijnaldum on loan in a heartbeat. What a fantastic player he would be to take on a free for six months, perhaps even longer. He adds goals, assists, creativity and quality to any midfield and fits into Tottenham’s formation.
