Takvim have now revealed that Tottenham Hotspur have offered Galatasaray the chance to sign Tanguy Ndombele permanently for a cut-price fee this summer.
Ndombele’s loan spell at Galatasaray has been extremely disappointing, with the midfielder struggling for fitness, which has been a bit of a theme for him for many years.
The 27-year-old has not got too many minutes under his belt and has failed to really convince when opportunities have been handed to him.
It has been widely reported that the Turkish club will not take up the €15m (£12.8m) option to buy the Frenchman this summer and that the player will return to Spurs at the end of his loan spell (Sporx).

Tottenham offer Ndombele at a huge discount
Takvim have now provided a twist in the story, suggesting that Ndombele could yet remain at Galatasaray beyond the end of the season.
It is revealed that after the Istanbul club made it clear that they do not want to activate the buy option, Tottenham have now offered the former Lyon man to the club for just €5m (£4.2m).
It is explained that Ndombele is not in Ange Postecoglou’s and that the Premier League side are keen to get rid of him.
The publication adds that Okan Buruk’s men have not responded to Spurs’ offer yet but they are thought to be ‘cold to the proposal’.
Spurs Web Opinion
Ndombele would need to agree a substantial wage cut to leave Tottenham this summer, which I am not sure he will be too keen on doing.
Spurs might have no choice but to pay off the year left in the Frenchman’s contract as I do not think too many clubs would be willing to pay a transfer fee for the midfielder.
