According to a report by SPORT, Tottenham are now in talks with Barcelona over the transfer of Brazilian winger Malcom.
Spurs may be forced to dip into the transfer market with the current injuries to star man Harry Kane and forward Lucas Moura, while Heung Min Son is also away on international duty.
Malcom has struggled to make an impact in Spain since his £36m move in the summer, and Barcelona are now apparently willing to recoup some of the transfer fee.
The report now says that talks are underway between the two clubs over a potential loan deal with a compulsory purchase option at the end of the season.
This could be exactly the kind of deal Tottenham fans will want to see, as Malcom was one of the hot properties back in the summer.
A high-class player at a bargain price sounds right up Levy’s street too, so watch this space.
