Tottenham Hotspur are in talks with Mauricio Pochettino about a shock return to the club this summer, according to The Athletic.
The report claims that the Spurs squad are aware of the possibility of the Argentine returning to North London, and are excited about the possibility of working under him again.
PSG are said to be reluctant to make their third managerial change in as many years and would face another summer of disruption following the dismissal of Thomas Tuchel in December.
Pochettino is said to be interested at the prospect of returning to Tottenham having failed to settle in Paris.
The 49-year-old would likely have to resign from his post with the French giants in order for a move to happen.
Despite having enjoyed working at one of the giants in European football, Pochettino has found himself with less power than he enjoyed at his former employer.
Pochettino is fully aware of the support he has from the Tottenham faithful and now must decide whether to carry on his project in Ligue 1, or decide that a return to England is in his best interests.
