Tottenham have not only recruited experienced players since Fabio Paratici arrived at the club but have also brought several up-and-coming prospects through the door including the likes of Bryan Gil, Pape Matar Sarr and Destiny Udogie.
According to Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, the North London club now have their eye on another emerging talent in the form of Guler.
The attacking midfielder has won many admirers since making his senior debut for Fenerbahce last season, having scored six times and provided another six assists in 29 appearances for the club so far (Transfermarkt).
The report states that the 17-year-old is on the radar of Spurs, Paris Saint-Germain and Napoli. It is explained that the Serie A club’s hierarchy like Guler ‘a lot’ and are plotting a move for the youngster next summer.

If Spurs do push ahead with a move for Guler, one would expect the deal to be similar to the Sarr and Udogie ones, where the midfielder is loaned back to Fenerbahce.
While I am pleased to see Tottenham trying to recruit young talent, I do wonder whether these players actually have a pathway to the first team under Conte, who seems unwilling to trust players who are not proven at the top level.
