Report: Tottenham look to sell yet another first-team full-back late in the window

Tottenham Hotspur appear to have developed an allergy to full-backs this summer, as they look to ship yet another one out of the club.

Kieran Trippier was sold to Atletico Madrid earlier this summer, despite being the club’s first pick over the last couple of seasons (Guardian).

Danny Rose, a player who has been a Spurs player for 12 years now, was also left at home during the Asia tour in order for him to explore a possible move away (Tottenham).

Tottenham are now reportedly looking to move Serge Aurier on too before the window shuts, with his old club PSG being one interested party (Sun).

Aurier hasn’t exactly been a hit in the Premier League since arriving, but Spurs are already short on right-backs this season, with Juan Foyth being out injured.

Tottenham will have until September 2 to sell Aurier to clubs from France. However, despite claims that Spurs want to bring in a new right-back on loan to replace him, they only have until Thursday to do so (Sun).
