Report: Tottenham may ask for this Man United star in any deal for Harry Kane

Earlier this month, the Daily Mail reported that Daniel Levy would only be willing to part with Harry Kane if Manchester United could offer £200m for his signature.

However, Football London claimed that Spurs would not be selling their star man this summer under any circumstances, no matter what rival clubs could offer them.

This week, Sky Sports added another twist to the tail as they claimed that Kane was not on Man United’s summer wishlist. They even added that Ed Woodward would not be interested even if Levy told him a deal could be done.

The Express have now reported that ‘it is not unfeasible’ that Spurs could ask for Anthony Martial in return for any deal involving Man United and Kane. This comes after Spurs apparently asked for Martial in a swap deal involving Toby Alderweireld back in 2018.

However, the Express do add that Spurs and United have a tricky transfer past, including difficult dealings involving Berbatov, Modric, Bale, Alderweireld, and Dier.
