Football Insider have claimed that Luke Amos is set for a medical this week ahead of an imminent move to QPR.
Amos was not far away from the Tottenham first-team a couple of years ago but he suffered a serious injury in 2018 that sidelined him for almost the entirety of the 18-19 season.
It was hoped that the 23-year-old would be able to revive his career on loan at QPR but he has endured a mixed season despite being a regular for Mark Warburton’s side.
Football Insider now reports that the Championship club will bring the midfielder to Loftus Road on a permanent basis after reaching an agreement with Spurs. It is revealed that the Spurs academy graduate will cost QPR less than £1m.

Selling Amos permanently is the right decision as he needs to settle down and play regularly at his age. It is a shame how things have ended for the midfielder at Spurs. Who knows how differently things would have turned out had he not picked up the major knee injury in 2018.
