Football Insider have revealed that Tottenham Hotspur have offered a two-year scholarship contract to midfielder Leo Black.

The report reveals that coaches at the club have been impressed with the teenager’s performances in his age group this season.

The club are said to be working to fill their academy squad with top talent ahead of next season.

Spurs have reportedly offered two-year deals to forward Samuel Amo-Ameyaw, centre-back duo Archie Chaplin and Pele Arganese-McDermott, goalkeeper Elliot Krasniqi and midfielder Han Willhoft-King.

Spurs typically offer scholarships around February or March, with the deals then starting on June 1.

Black is the next player whose future the Lilywhites are thought to be working to secure.

Football Insider claim that Tottenham expect the England Under-16’s future to be sorted over the coming weeks and for a deal to be officially announced ahead of the summer.

The likes of Dane Scarlett, Alfie Devine and Nile John have made a fantastic impact since coming through the ranks and signing their first professional contracts with Spurs over the last couple of years. Hopefully, the likes of Black, Amo-Ameyaw and Willhoft-King will follow in their footsteps.
