Tottenham Hotspur have boasted one of the best defensive partnerships in the world for the past few seasons in Belgian duo Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen.
An eye for the game, ability in the air, control with their feat, and left footer and a right footer, these two have it all, as well as experience playing together.
Toby and Jan came through the Ajax side as youngsters together, as well as playing regularly in the heart of the Belgium defence.
However, despite both players having their contracts extended this year, it could be the final season Tottenham fans get to enjoy the partnership.
Alderweireld has a clause in his contract that will allow him to move for just £25m in the summer if a bid comes in and he is happy with it.
The only hope for Spurs would be if Toby wants to let his contract tick down instead, or even sign a new deal at the club.
The Metro however claim that Spurs are prepared to lose him to Manchester United come the end of the season.
