Report: Tottenham star close to agreeing new five-year deal at the club

There could be some big changes at left-back for Tottenham Hotspur this summer, with the latest newspaper reports full of rumours and links.

The Daily Mail reported yesterday that Danny Rose has been put up for sale by the club, along with seven other names.

However, no bids have come in for the Tottenham and England star as of yet, and the report states that Spurs do not want to sell all eight of the players listed.

Meanwhile, the North London club have also been heavily linked with a move for Fulham teenager, Ryan Sessegnon, this summer (Sun).

Sessegnon is said to be keen on a move to Tottenham in order to stay in London and link up with Mauricio Pochettino due to his track record with English youngsters (Guardian).

Finally, Lucas Digne has also been linked with a switch from Everton to Spurs this summer, potentially to replace Danny Rose (Mirror).

However, one player who looks certain to stay put is Welshman Ben Davies, as the Daily Mail report he is close to signing a new five year deal with the club.
