Troy Parrott has admitted that he does not know where he will be playing his football next season but confessed that he continues to dream of making it at Tottenham Hotspur.

Parrott did not set the world alight in his last couple of loan spells in the Championship but the striker has seemingly come of age at Excelsior Rotterdam this season.
The Irishman has led the line impressively for the Eredivisie outfit, having found the back of the net 13 times while also providing five assists so far this campaign (Transfermarkt).
The Tottenham man netted a brilliant hat-trick in Excelsior’s 7-0 thrashing of Den Haag over the weekend, a result which took the club one step closer to preserving their top-flight status.
Parrott and his teammates now face NAC twice in the playoffs, with the winner of the tie being awarded a place in next season’s Eredivisie.
These look likely to be the 22-year-old’s last couple of matches for the Rotterdam-based club and the player admitted that he does not know what next season will bring.

Troy Parrott would love to play for Spurs first-team
Parrott told Voetbal Primeur (as relayed by Sport Witness): “I don’t know exactly what will happen. I still have two matches here and then perhaps international matches, but I am looking forward to next season.”
When asked about becoming a first-team regular at Spurs, the Republic of Ireland international responded: “I’ve always wanted that, ever since I came to the UK as a boy.”

I have no doubt that Postecoglou will want to take a closer look at Troy Parrott in pre-season before finalising a decision on him. I certainly do not expect the 22-year-old to be one of the first ones out of the door in June.
