Sports Witness have reported that Tottenham are closely following the progress of Udinese player Rodrigo de Paul, with a host of other clubs also interested. Inter Milan and Napoli are said to be particularly keen.
The 24-year-old has been at Udinese since 2016, before which he spent a stint in Spain at Valencia.
However, despite over two years at the club, it would now appear that Rodrigo is ready to move on in the summer.
Tuttomercatoweb claim that the player has recently changed his agents, implying that an upcoming move may be on the cards.
They say he will now be represented by Leandro Pereiro.
De Paul’s current contract expires in 2023, so it may take a big bid to prise him from Udinese’s grasp.
What is particularly appealing about Rodrigo is his ability to play multiple positions, including on the left or right of midfield, as well as multiple roles up front.
