Report: Tottenham vs Fulham match in doubt after positive COVID-19 results

According to The Athletic, Tottenham’s game against Fulham tomorrow evening is now in doubt after multiple positive COVID-19 test results.

It is said that a number of people within Fulham football club have tested positive, while the report does not say anything about Tottenham test results.

The match was due to be played at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium tomorrow but could now be postponed and rescheduled to a later date.

This comes after the Premier League revealed at 18 new positive results had been returned this week, a record high since the start of the pandemic. These results are said to have come from at least three different clubs in the league.

Of course, one of the other clubs to fall victim to the virus was Manchester City, after their game against Everton was called off just 24 hours ago.

Fulham head coach, Scott Parker was forced to undergo a self-isolation period of ten days recently when a member of his household tested positive, returning to training on Monday.
