Report: Tottenham willing to offer 29-year-old to Everton in Richarlison deal

Tottenham would be willing to let Lucas Moura move to Everton if they are able to complete a deal to sign Richarlison, according to the Telegraph.

Richarlison has attracted hefty interest from Spurs of late, having told Everton of his desire to leave the club this summer (UOL).

The Toffees are thought to be demanding in the region of £50 million for the 25-year-old (Daily Mail), who scored 10 goals last season (Transfermarkt) to keep them in the Premier League.

The Daily Mail claimed that Tottenham have held talks with Everton already, while David Ornstein’s The Athletic sources tell him they expect the 25-year-old to be a Spurs player by the end of the transfer window.

The Telegraph have now reported that Spurs could allow Brazilian winger Lucas to join Everton if Richarlison moves in the opposite direction to North London.

Despite starting frequently at the start of Conte’s reign, Lucas saw his minutes reduced following the arrival of Dejan Kulusevski.

Meanwhile, Tottenham’s stance on Moura comes alongside Everton’s interest in signing out-of-favour midfielder Harry Winks

Everton have reportedly engaged in talks for the Spurs academy graduate with Frank Lampard giving the green light on a transfer to bolster his options (Liverpool Echo).

Lucas had a pretty frustrating season last term but that has come with more quality arriving right in front of him. He brings good energy but his end product is something that has lacked across big parts of the season, and it looks like Spurs believe he is expendable.
