Report: Tottenham wing-back target could leave club for just £10m this summer

Eintracht Frankfurt could reportedly ask for around £10 million to allow Tottenham target Filip Kostic to leave the club this summer, according to Sport Bild (via Get German Football News).

Kostic, who can be deployed on either wing and at wing-back, has emerged as one of Frankfurt’s key players since joining the club in 2018.

The 29-year-old is amid another productive campaign for the German side which has yielded three goals and 10 assists in 25 appearances this term (Transfermarkt).

But the Serbia international has just one year remaining on his contract at the end of the season and could find himself heading towards the exit at the Waldstadion.

Sport Bild reports Frankfurt could demand between €10-12 million (£8.3-10m) to sanction a transfer, with Tottenham still keeping firm tabs on the wide man (Fichajes).

The Spanish outlet previously reported that Spurs head coach Antonio Conte urged his side to push for the signing of Kostic in the January transfer window, having previously chased his signature during his stint as Inter Milan boss.

Spurs Web Opinion

Kostic has been providing a good attacking output for a number of seasons now and he seems to be getting better with age.

You can’t discredit that and he could be a very good option to bring in to Spurs at that price, but there is a bit of saturation in the squad at present, unless a winger heads towards the exit this summer.
