Report: Two European giants fighting for Tottenham first-team star’s signature

The champions of France or the champion of Italy, that could be the decision falling into Danny Rose’s lap this summer.

Tottenham decided to leave the left-back out of their pre-season tour squad this week, with the rest of the team flying out to Singapore to face Juventus on the 21st.

The club claimed that Rose had been left at home to allow him to pursue a move to a new club this summer.

The Mirror claim that Parus Saint-Germain are interested in taking the 29-year-old this transfer window, while Football Insider say that Juventus are also keen.

This comes after Rose discovered some of his best form against towards the end of last season for both England and Spurs.

Tottenham are said to want £20m for the left-back this summer and are now ready to listen to such offers (Mirror), which could see Rose’s 12 years of service come to an end.
