The Standard have now provided a comprehensive update on the recovery of Tottenham’s injured stars, with things looking quite positive on the injury front for the club.
It has been widely reported over the past week that after welcoming back Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven against Manchester United, Tottenham could be boosted by the return of James Maddison and Manor Solomon for the FA Cup clash against Manchester City (Telegraph).
The same information has now been backed up by The Standard, who say that the midfielder and the winger could both feature on Friday while also confirming that Dejan Kulusevski will be fit for the clash after missing the game at Old Trafford with illness.

The report says that both Giovani Lo Celso and Ben Davies are expected to return to action next month, with the Welshman said to be targeting the clash against Wolves on February 17.
Meanwhile, Ryan Sessegnon will miss the upcoming game against City but is expected to be available for the clash against Brentford on January 31.
Finally, The Standard says that Alejo Veliz is not likely to return to action before March while the extent of Dane Scarlett’s injury situation is still unknown.
