Report: Winger wanted by Spurs and Man Utd and prefers one club

Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with a move for PSV Eindhoven winger Steven Bergwijn.

According to The Sun, Spurs are set to do battle with Manchester United in order to land the £25million rated player who has scored ten goals in 24 games to lift PSV to the top of the Dutch league.

Inter Milan, West Ham and Bournemouth have also shown interest in Bergwijn who is said to be most tempted by a switch to Old Trafford over other potential suitors, including Spurs.

Bergwijn made his senior international debut against Germany last year in the Nations League, having represented his country at every age group from Under-17s onwards.

His contract at PSV expires in 2021 and it is claimed that the Eredivisie side have already accepted that he is likely to depart the club before then.

Tottenham winger Georges-Kevin Nkoudou has been heavily linked with a move away from the club during the current transfer window with apparent interest from Turkish outfit Besiktas (L’Equipe).
