Report: Wolves receive enquiries from Spurs and Liverpool for winger

90min have reported that Wolves are deciding on whether to sell their star player Pedro Neto this summer, with a number of clubs from all over Europe enquiring about his availability.

Tottenham, Juventus, and Liverpool are all clubs that have reportedly enquired about the Portuguese star.

Wolves are said to be open to letting ‘any of their star men’ leave, however, they would not consider a Neto sale unless a huge offer came in for the attacker, who is currently under contract until 2025

Wolves have already sold Rui Patricio to Jose Mourinho’s Roma while 90min claim that Adama Traore and Ruben Neves are two players who could move away from Molineux this summer.

Newly-appointed manager Nuno Espirito Santo oversaw the transfer of Pedro Neto from Braga in 2019 and the winger has shone for Wolves ever since: scoring ten goals and grabbing 11 assists in all competitions since arriving at the Premier League club.

Neto is such a brilliant talent. His numbers don’t quite do his ability justice but that will come with time and patience.

This deal – especially because of his relationship with Nuno – would be an extremely exciting one. But with the fee required and Gill coming in to take up the exact same position, it feels unlikely.
