Reported Tottenham target issues come and get me plea

Tottenham Hotspur already have a number of their first-team positions locked down, from Jan and Toby at the back, to Hugo between the sticks, and Harry Kane leading the line.

However, one position that remains somewhat of a mystery is right-back, ever since the sale of a certain Mr Kieran Trippier.

Trippier was sold to Atletico Madrid earlier this month for around £20m, leaving Pochettino with thinning options in the right-sided full-back position (Guardian).

Currently, Serge Aurier has yet to play a pre-season match due to African Cup of Nations duties, Kyle Walker-Peters has shone in Asia, and Juan Foyth appears to be a newly converted option.

This essentially leaves Pochettino with an inconsistent hot-head, inexperienced youngster, and former centre-back as his three options in the chase for the Premier League, far from ideal.

However, Spurs were recently linked with a move for Brazil legend, Dani Alves, after the right-back left PSG on a free (Sun).

Alves has now issued a come and get me plea on Instagram, which translates to ‘Looking for a job, where do I send my CV? Someone let me know if have time to read it!’
