Tottenham legend Ricky Villa is holding out hope of a slim chance that Mauricio Pochettino could return to North London and even added that he will meet with his compatriot soon to discuss his future.
If reports over the last few days are to be believed, Pochettino is now edging closer to being appointed as the new Chelsea head coach, with the negotiations now thought to be at an advanced stage.
According to reports, Tottenham have not even reached out to the 51-year-old to discuss the possibility of him coming back to N17, which is thought to have left the Argentine disappointed (talkSPORT).
However, Villa believes that a fairytale reunion between Pochettino and Spurs remains on the cards.

There is no doubt that Pochettino would have accepted the Spurs job had it been offered to him.
However, the Argentine is a proud man and I am not sure he would be too receptive to a call from Levy now, given that the club have seemingly ignored him until this point.
