Rivals could be without a manager when they face Tottenham

Tottenham Hotspur are now just five points off the top of the Premier League with 12 games remaining this season.

Liverpool and Man City lead the pack, but both still have to host Tottenham before the season is over, and the Lilywhites also have a game in hand on Manchester City.

It looks as if Spurs are far above the race for top four now, but Chelsea will still harbour hopes of edging the final spot out of Man United’s hands.

However, a report from The Mirror this week states that Maurizio Sarri may be sacked if Chelsea lose the Carabao Cup final this weekend to Pep Guardiola’s side.

Massimiliano Allegri, Frank Lampard, and Zinedine Zidane are all names linked with the job if Sarri is to be sacked.

Tottenham and Chelsea come face to face on the 27th of this month, under a week away, meaning Spurs will likely either find a manager on his last legs, or a manager-less club.
