Real Madrid winger Arjen Robben has ruled out a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The Dutch international is focused on forcing his way into Manuel Pellegrini’s plans at the Santiago Bernabeu, but admits if he does leave it will be for another club who can offer UEFA Champions League football.
“With all the respect in the world, I have decided not to join Tottenham,” said Robben in The Sun.
“For the moment I want to fight for my place at Real Madrid and want to focus all my attentions on my preparations.
“I hope to achieve a lot with Real Madrid this season. The only thing I would consider is a move to another club in the Champions League.”
