Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to share their reaction to the team selection for this afternoon’s match against West Bromwich Albion.
Jose Mourinho experienced back-to-back home league defeats for the first time in his 327th game as a manager on Thursday in what was one of the worst displays of the season with his side hardly looking to threaten Chelsea.
Mourinho has not faced West Brom at home since his then-Manchester United side were beaten 1-0 in 2018.
Baggies boss Sam Allardyce has never beaten Jose Mourinho in their 12 Premier League meetings, drawing three times and losing nine.
This is what some of the North London faithful have had to say about the line up:
Rushed back

Absolutely horrendous. A back 4 with Davies and Sanchez won’t keep a clean sheet. Plus good to see Kane starting, which will lead to a recurrence of his injury. Fuck sake.

Nothing says "I don't know what I'm doing" more than starting Lucas

Am I the only one who would've been happier if Kane wasn't in the squad? I feel like he's been rushed back and that could cause long term damage to his ankles

Harry, assist to Son, Son assist back to Harry and gain confidence again please. If you both are on fire the team is on fire

Anyone know what has happened to Rodon?
— KanefromtheLane #ENICOut (@kanefromthelane) February 7, 2021
Why can't we just see Alderweireld and Rodon start together it's always Dier or Sanchez getting in the way
