Ryan Sessegnon tweets after returning to first-team training ahead of Palace match

Unfortunately, none of Tottenham’s four transfer signings from the summer have had the chance to truly show their skills yet in North London.

Jack Clarke was loaned out back to Leeds for the season and he has struggled for game time even there, let alone knocking on Pochettino’s door.

Tanguy Ndombele started the season well, playing in the first two matches and even scoring on his debut, but an injury has kept him out since then.

Giovani Lo Celso has also been hit with an injury problem that he sustained on duty for Argentina during the international break. This came after three consecutive substitute appearances for the young midfielder.

Finally, Ryan Sessegnon is the only one of the four not to register a single minute on the pitch yet this season, as injury has kept him on the sidelines since signing for Spurs.

However, the left-back come left-winger is now back in training and has taken to Twitter to express his delight.
