Saints boss raves about Tottenham ace

Tottenham striker Harry Kane has continued from where he left off since he returned from injury.

He has scored 3 goals in 4 matches finding the back of the net against Burnley, Arsenal and Borussia Dortmund

Kane’s goal against Dortmund proved the match winner on the night and took his tally in Europe for Spurs to 24 goals, thus making him the club’s all-time leading European goalscorer.

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino praised Kane’s achievement after the match, labelling him one of the best strikers in the world.

It turns out that Southampton manager Ralph Hasenhuttl is also a massive fan of the England captain.

The 51-year-old has raved about the Tottenham striker ahead of the Saints’ game against Spurs tomorrow afternoon

Hasenhuttl said that while Kane gets credit for the goals he scores, he is very much an all-round striker who drops deep and gets involved in the build-up play.

Speaking to Southampton ‘s official website, Hasenhuttl said: “He is not only the guy who is scoring but also moving out of the first line to develop the game; he is more than a finisher and sometimes his influence is reduced to that. He is a very good package and if he has a chance then it is a goal.”
